Avatar Studio

A site the studio changes on its own, from service pages to school enrolments

The studio had an old WordPress site that no longer looked like the brand. It needed a site that presents photo shoots, weddings, commercial work, the school, online courses and workshops separately, collects requests and enrolments, and that the team can change on its own, without depending on a developer.

What we built

The situation

Some text was written straight into the code, the site was really a single page, and pages could not be created or deleted from the admin. The online courses and the school had no pages, although the client had the text and photos ready.

What we built

A custom-built site with its own content management. Every photo service has its own page, with portfolio, reviews and a quote request. The school, online courses, the free ebook and the Photomania workshop tour each have a page and form, with per-city signup and a confirmation email.

In the panel, the client creates, duplicates and deletes pages, adds sections from a picker with over 40 types, drags them into place and sees the updated page alongside. The menu is built from the real pages, and a step-by-step guide is included. Every form request is saved on the site and shows up in the panel, not only by email.

For Google: old addresses lead to the new pages, the domain is verified in Search Console, the sitemap builds itself, every page has its own title, description and share image, and structured data describes the studio and each event. Analytics (GA4, Meta) start only with the visitor's consent.

What changed

  • The studio changes its own text, images, pages and section order.
  • No request gets lost: all are saved and visible in the panel.
  • Every activity has its own page and form.
  • Moving from the old site lost none of the addresses Google knew.
