This policy explains what personal data SICO MEDIA collects through this website and what we do with it.

Who we are

SICO MEDIA SRL, registered in Romania (registration no. J33/597/2011, tax ID RO28609896), is the controller of the data described here. You can reach us at office@sicomedia.ro.

What we collect

When you send the contact form we store your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, your message, the services you selected and the page you sent it from. To protect the form from abuse we also store a shortened version of your IP address and a short description of your browser.

A copy of the message is sent by email to the people on our team who answer requests. To keep the site safe, we also keep for 90 days the IP address of failed sign-ins to the site’s administration and of automated requests that look for weaknesses. Analytics or advertising cookies are used only with your consent; see the cookie policy.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your message and, if you ask for it, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is the step you take towards a possible contract and our legitimate interest in answering requests and in keeping the site secure.

How long we keep it

Messages are deleted automatically 24 months after they arrive. Messages marked as spam are deleted after 30 days.

Who sees it

The SICO MEDIA team that handles requests, and the hosting provider whose servers store the website. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict how we use it, or to object to it, by writing to office@sicomedia.ro. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
