What the site is for

The site presents our services, products and work. It is not a shop: nothing is sold through it, and nothing on it is a binding offer. Prices, timelines and terms for a project are agreed in writing, in a separate contract.

Content and intellectual property

Texts, illustrations, animations and the site’s design belong to SICO MEDIA, unless stated otherwise. Client names and logos belong to their owners and are shown with their agreement. You may quote or link to our pages; you may not copy them in full or reuse the design without permission.

Accuracy

We keep the information on the site current and correct, but it can change without notice. The illustrations on project and service pages are schematic drawings, not screenshots of client systems.

Links to other sites

Links to client sites, marketplaces or our own products lead to sites we do not control. Their own terms apply there.

The contact form

When you write to us, we use your details only to reply. How long we keep them and your rights are described in the privacy policy.

Liability

We are not liable for losses caused by the use of the information on this site or by its temporary unavailability, to the extent permitted by law.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably first and, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania.
